Restore Your Firearm Rights
Due to the high volume of requests received for Restoration of Gun Rights in the State of Florida, we offer an Eligibility Review process for a fee of $149.00.
If you are found to be eligible for the restoration of your gun rights, we also offer for a fee of $850.00 for the submission of your application with the State of Florida.
The processing and submission of the application with the State of Florida to restore your gun rights entails three steps:
- We fill out the application for you.
- We obtain certified copies of your court records.
- We assist you in the written petition to the Clemency Board as to why you believe you are a good candidate to have your gun rights restored.
Please note that due to the tremendous volume of requests to restore gun rights in the State of Florida there is currently a very long wait period for the submitted application to be processed and for a final hearing, which is the final step, to be scheduled by the State of Florida. The current wait time could be up to ten years or more. There is nothing that can be done to expedite this process.
In addition, because of the lengthy time frame for the State of Florida to process applications we provide you with a copy of your filed application along with a filing confirmation number. This is provided so that upon receipt of a possible approval for the next step of the process with the State, you can obtain legal counsel to complete the process of representing and attending the final hearing with you.
We also will provide you with the link to the State of Florida website so that you can track the status of your application throughout the time frame it takes the State of Florida to continue with the approval process.
Although at this time the approval process, once the application is submitted to the State of Florida, can take years to be completed that time frame could change depending on the Governor making changes that may expedite it. You may find it to be in your interest to move forward with the submission of your application at this time in order to not loose any more time than is necessary to restore your gun rights. Please also make note that gun right restoration is a separate process from restoring voting rights, right to hold public office and licensing rights.
Please also make note prior to deciding to pay for your Eligibility Review that an individual will lose their rights, including the right to possess or own a firearm if certain circumstances exist. Please carefully review the following circumstances. If you have answered yes to any of the other categories listed then you should seek representation with an attorney practicing under Federal Law and/or the 1968 Gun Control Act.
