Brian P. Gabriel, Esquire
Brian P. Gabriel is the driving force behind the Law Office of Gabriel & Gabriel. He has been in practice for over 30 years and his experience during that time has been devoted almost exclusively to the defense of criminal cases. Brian Gabriel began his career at the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant State Attorney in West Palm Beach, Florida, he prosecuted thousands of cases of individuals charged with various crimes. However, he spent a majority of his time developing his skills in handling DUI litigation. In 1995, Brian Gabriel started his own private practice centered around the representation of criminal defendants. Representing those clients has always been a great source of pride and satisfaction of his. Over the years, Brian Gabriel has taken on the responsibility of representing his clients with a results-driven approach. The ultimate goal of the Law Office of Gabriel & Gabriel is to represent each client to achieve the best possible result for that client. This generally means a complete dismissal of all charges or an acquittal after success at trial. These hard fought goals always require competence, diligence and hard work. Sam J. Gabriel, Esquire
For over 55 years, Sam J. Gabriel, Esquire (deceased) practiced law in Palm Beach County, Florida. Sam Gabriel was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1955 and maintained his office in Palm Beach County, Florida. In June of 2013 he fully retired leaving his son Brian Gabriel to continue to practice successfully his own Criminal Law practice. Sam Gabriel’s legal career revolved around transactional real estate, probate and corporate law practice. In 1995, Sam Gabriel partnered with his son, Brian P. Gabriel, and began their law office in Palm Beach County, Florida. The ultimate goal of the Law Office of Gabriel & Gabriel to this day is to represent each client individually and personally and to achieve the best possible results for the client. These hard-fought goals always require competence, diligence and hard work. Paralegal
Yanira Gonzalez works as the Paralegal to Attorney Brian Gabriel. With both an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and a Certified Paralegal she combines with that her years of experience as a clerk with the Clerk of Court in Palm Beach County. Having predominantly worked in the area of criminal law, Yanira brings many assets to the firm. Her administrative knowledge of the system and daily dealings with it fosters a level of confidence for our clients that every administrative aspect of their case is being handled with knowledge, being processed expediently.
Amy Gabriel
Office Manager
Serving in the role as Office Manager is Amy Gabriel. As part of a family run business Ms. Gabriel oversees the overall management of the office, paying attention to every detail that will better serve its clients.
