Brian P. Gabriel is the driving force behind the Law Office of Gabriel & Gabriel. He has been in practice for over 30 years and his experience during that time has been devoted almost exclusively to the defense of criminal cases. Brian Gabriel began his career at the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant State Attorney in West Palm Beach, Florida, he prosecuted thousands of cases of individuals charged with various crimes. However, he spent a majority of his time developing his skills in handling DUI litigation. In 1995, Brian Gabriel started his own private practice centered around the representation of criminal defendants. Representing those clients has always been a great source of pride and satisfaction of his. Over the years, Brian Gabriel has taken on the responsibility of representing his clients with a results-driven approach. The ultimate goal of the Law Office of Gabriel & Gabriel is to represent each client to achieve the best possible result for that client. For over 55 years, Sam J. Gabriel, Esquire (deceased) practiced law in Palm Beach County, Florida. Sam Gabriel was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1955 and maintained his office in Palm Beach County, Florida. In June of 2013 he fully retired leaving his son Brian Gabriel to continue to practice successfully his own Criminal Law practice. Sam Gabriel’s legal career revolved around transactional real estate, probate and corporate law practice. In 1995, Sam Gabriel partnered with his son, Brian P. Gabriel, and began their law office in Palm Beach County, Florida. The ultimate goal of the Law Office of Gabriel & Gabriel to this day is to represent each client individually and personally and to achieve the best possible results for the client.
